Campbell & Co is a sister-run company founded by Erin and Alana Campbell in Brooklyn in 2013. They started at their Williamsburg location by offering gourmet cheeses along with delicious casual fare. This coffee shop and grocery was so successful that they formed a catering company in response to all of their clients who wanted to share their delicious food with their friends and families.
The Campbell sisters struggled with a few different websites and providers until hiring Creative Consulting in early 2020 to assist with their search engine optimization. In addition to refining their web site and increasing their traffic exponentially, we helped integrate three websites for a smooth user experience. The ordering system for the Williamsburg café is run through Square, and interfaces directly with their point-of-sale system in the store. There is a separate Square website for Drop-Off Catering orders, and a central WordPress site for the business.
